How to use the pearls: After cleansing the vagina & with clean hands:

Open the package containing the pearl

Carefully unravel the string at the bottom of the pearl until it no longer unravels

Prop one leg and carefully insert pearl into the Vaginal opening.

Push the pearl up as close as you can to your cervix using your Middle finger

Repeat steps 1-4 until all 3 pearls have been inserted; wear a pantyliner and allow the vagina to discharge toxins for the next 24-72 hours.

Pearls are to remain inside the Vagina for 3 consecutive days (72 hours) and may be removed at the end of the third day. Gently remove the pearls utilizing the strings attached.
